How can I create an account?
After downloading the app, you can register with your phone number or email address. You can activate your account by entering the verification code sent via SMS or email.
How can I add money to my wallet?
You can add balance with a credit or debit card by going to the Wallet section from your Profile page. Payment transactions are processed through a secure infrastructure.
How can I treat a friend?
Click the "Treat" button from the home page, select your friend, choose a cafe and a drink, then send your treat. Your friend will receive a notification and can pick up their drink from the selected cafe.
How can I delete my account?
You can follow Profile > Settings > Account > Delete My Account. You can also request through the Data Deletion Page or by sending an email to support@kiyyt.com.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before it enters the preparation stage. You can use the "Cancel" button from the order details page.
How can I become a partner cafe?
Cafe owners who want to partner with KIYYT can apply by sending their business information to support@kiyyt.com.
